Kohima, Aug 28 UNI Former Nagaland Legislative Assembly legislator I Kichingse Sangtam passed away in Dimapur yesterday after prolonged illness. He was 65. He is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter. Born in 1945 in Kiphire town under Kiphire district, he started his education at Imphal in Manipur. He was the President of Eastern Sangtam Students’ Union from 1962 to 1964. Sangtam joined Naga national movement and went underground from 1957 to 1960.
